Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our business coaching services and website.
Welcome to our business coaching services. These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your access to and use of our website and all services provided by us.
By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and us, outlining your rights and obligations when engaging with our coaching programmes and online resources in the UK.
We provide professional business coaching services designed to support individuals and organisations in achieving their professional goals and enhancing their performance.
Our services may include one-on-one coaching sessions, group workshops, online resources, and strategic consulting, as detailed in specific service agreements.
The exact scope and nature of the services will be agreed upon with each client individually, tailored to their specific needs and objectives.
As a client, you agree to provide accurate and complete information when engaging with our services and to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during coaching sessions.
You are expected to actively participate in coaching sessions, complete assigned tasks, and communicate openly and honestly to maximise the benefits of the coaching relationship.
It is your responsibility to ensure that any information you provide does not infringe upon the rights of any third party and complies with all applicable laws and regulations in the UK.
We understand the sensitive nature of business coaching. Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all discussions, information, and materials shared during the coaching engagement.
We will not disclose any confidential information about your business or personal matters to third parties without your express written consent, except where required by law.
Similarly, you agree not to disclose any proprietary coaching methodologies, materials, or insights gained from our services to unauthorised third parties.
Fees for our coaching services will be clearly outlined in your individual service agreement or proposal. All payments are due according to the schedule specified therein.
Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of any applicable VAT or other taxes, which will be added where legally required in the UK.
Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts in accordance with UK law.
All content, materials, and methodologies provided as part of our coaching services, including but not limited to presentations, workbooks, and online resources, are our exclusive intellectual property.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for your personal or internal business development purposes during the term of your engagement.
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
Our coaching services are provided with the aim of supporting your growth, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Business success depends on many factors beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.
Either party may terminate the coaching agreement with written notice, as specified in your individual service contract. Termination clauses, including notice periods and refund policies, will be detailed in that agreement.
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you breach any of these Terms, including non-payment of fees or misuse of our intellectual property.
Upon termination, any outstanding fees will become immediately due, and your access to our proprietary materials and ongoing services will cease.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By using our services, you irrevocably agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts for the resolution of any such disputes.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the 'Last Updated' date will be revised.
Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed.
If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should discontinue using our services. We will endeavour to notify clients of significant changes where appropriate.
